The bulk of our work is low level, high resolution images of individual properties and small communities. These are routine, and typically have very quick turn-around times. If you require mages that encompass a large area, we incur added costs to produce your work.

The most common issue we have is the need for altitude. In order to encompass a large ground area, our camera needs to be high up. Unfortunately, about 95% of daylight hours in South Florida at even moderate altitudes is filled with a layer of haze, sometimes very dense.

Another special circumstance occurs with properties inside busy terminal airspace. Often times we have to wait until traffic clears, at which point, we have a very short window of opportunity to complete our task. This takes up additional fuel, labor, and of course, cost..
